We're seeking Disability Services Workers in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne to support our clients.

Healthscope Independence Services helps people living with disabilities to live fulfilling lives. For 28 years, we have offered community and in-house support across various states in Australia, promoting a person-centred approach. We are passionate about empowering people with disabilities to become independent and live the lives they choose.
What your role will look like
No two days are the same As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care to support our clients with daily living activities. Your duties may include personal care, medication assistance, shopping, or cooking. Most importantly, you will support clients to achieve goals that matter to them. We seek employees who enjoy a varied workplace and want to grow their skillset.
To be successful in this role
* You will demonstrate a passion for working with both mental and physical disabilities.
* You enjoy challenges and celebrate small successes.
* You demonstrate empathy and a caring attitude.
* You hold a valid NDIS check, CPR, and First Aid Certificate.
* You are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
* You have the right to work in Australia.
* Relevant qualifications are preferred, but we will train the right candidate in-house.
