This rewarding role supports adults with disability one-on-one or in groups, in their homes and occasionally in the community. You will work closely with individuals to implement personalised plans that address their unique needs and goals. No one work day (or night) will be the same! You might support clients with:working towards their goalsshopping, appointments and eventsdaily living and personal care needs, including assistance with meal preparation, personal hygiene and mobility, andovernight care.Find out why our DSWs love working in Residential Accommodation .About YouWe're looking for people who are passionate, have a great attitude and an eagerness to learn.
