Your new organisation
Based in Bondi Junction, this is a 6 month temporary assignment with a small and supportive HR team, who need ER/IR support across their workforce.
Your new role
* Build partnerships with stakeholders, providing expert advice
* Work with people leaders on matters including performance management, employee engagement, recruitment and rem
* Manage ER, grievances disciplinary matters and workplace investigations
* Provide recommendations on ER/IR strategy
You will need
* Proven experience in a similar role, advising on people matters across the employee life-cycle
* Confidence handling ER/IR cases
* Knowledge of relevant workplace legislation
* NSW public sector experience is highly regarded
You will get
* A hybrid role based in Bondi Junction
* A 6 month temporary assignment with the potential to extend
* Up to 100k + super as an hourly rate
