A pivotal opportunity for an Internal Sales Administrator, to work with one of Australia's leading suppliers for oil and gas, mining and infrastructure projects for renowned companies and contractors nationally and internationally.
This position requires a highly detail-focused and self motivated individual who enjoys working within a fast paced project driven, team environment. This role would suit someone who is focused on producing optimum solutions to meet the needs of the clients, ensuring the ongoing success of the projects.
Reporting to the Manager your duties will include:
- Assisting with collating information for tenders
- Building relationships and supporting internal and external stakeholders with ongoing supply of products for large projects
- Working closely with management and external branches to ensure orders are delivered on time and are accurate
- Producing spreadsheets for orders including product codes and stock numbers
- Ensuring tender details align with client contracts and compliance requirements
- Assisting with procurement and sourcing of products and supplies
To be successful in this role, you must take pride in your work, be outcome focused and people-orientated. Previous experience in large projects within oil and gas, mining or infrastructure is advantageous but not essential. Most important is your willingness to learn and the ability to understand project requirements.
