Your new role
As the Client Services Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth progression of the financial advice process. You'll support advisers, paraplanners and clients by coordinating workflow, managing documentation and maintaining accurate records in line with compliance requirements. This is a varied, fast‐paced role suited to someone who enjoys building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service and keeping operations running seamlessly. This role is open to candidates with availability 4 days/week and flexibility to increase to 5 days/week when required. Candidates looking for full-time work are encouraged to apply. Hours of work are 9am - 5pm.
Key responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional support
* Build strong relationships with advisers, paraplanners and external stakeholders
* Coordinate and schedule client meetings and appointments
* Manage the onboarding process and maintain accurate, up‐to‐date client records in Xplan
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensee requirements
* Gather client documentation and financial information to progress advice
* Prepare and distribute reports, proposals, presentations, statements and client correspondence
* Support the preparation and implementation of financial advice documents
* Provide general administrative and operational support as required

What you'll need to succeed
1. Demonstrated administration experience ideally within financial services or accounting
2. Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (including Excel)
3. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
4. High attention to detail and accuracy
5. A confident, customer‐centric approach to communication and relationship building
6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
7. Strong reliability, integrity and professionalism
8. Experience using Xplan (highly regarded)
