St Hilda's School, Gold Coast invites applications for the position of Strength and Conditioning Coach ****. This position will initially commence at 20 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, approximately 4 hours per day (2 hours in the mornings and 2 hours in the afternoons). As the program expands there may be chance for increased hours and for the role to become permanent.

About the Position
The Strength and Conditioning Coach is responsible for the design, delivery and ongoing evaluation of age‐appropriate, evidence‐based strength and conditioning programs that support the physical development, performance and wellbeing of St Hilda's students across all year levels and all sports. Working closely with the Director of Sport, sports coaches and relevant support staff, the Coach will ensure students are prepared to train and compete safely, reduce injury risk and develop lifelong physical literacy. The role emphasizes education, injury prevention and progressive athlete development while fostering a positive, inclusive and athlete‐centered performance environment aligned with school values.
Qualifications and Mandatory Requirements
* Level 2 Strength and Conditioning accreditation (or equivalent)
* Experience working with school‐aged participants
* Strong understanding of adolescent growth, development and the physical and psychological needs of female athletes
* Current driver's licence
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Current paid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
