Job Title: Administration Officer
We are seeking a highly organized and driven individual to join our team as an Administration Officer. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our day-to-day operations, acting as a key link between clients, trades, and internal teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks that contribute directly to the success of our projects and the overall efficiency of the business. This includes being the first point of contact for clients, assessors, and trades, maintaining accurate and efficient job records and documentation, scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, preparing and submitting contracts and other supporting documentation, communicating effectively with customers, handling inquiries, and providing timely updates to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:
1. 2+ years of administration experience (construction industry experience highly regarded)
2. A
