Description
Established in 2006, the Corporate Governance team at MUFG Pension & Market Services is the largest team of governance professionals in Australia. Our clients benefit from the collective experience of approximately 300 years across 20 practitioners, with backgrounds spanning ASX 50 organisations and top-tier legal and advisory firms.
We are seeking a Governance Assistant to provide high-quality support to our Senior Company Secretaries within a dynamic governance advisory, legal and company secretarial practice. This role is well suited to someone looking to build or further develop a career in corporate governance within a collaborative and highly regarded professional services environment.

Our offering is specialised and differentiated, with a strong focus on contemporary governance and company secretarial matters delivered through a boutique professional services model.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to senior members of the Corporate Governance team, your responsibilities will include a mix of board support, company secretarial administration and regulatory compliance activities.

This role works closely with clients, internal stakeholders, external advisers and regulators, requiring strong collaboration and communication skills.
