Responsibilities

* Registering patients and maintaining accurate data entry
* Supporting nursing staff with administrative duties
* Providing friendly, professional customer service to patients, families, and staff


What We Are Looking For

* Be organised, proactive, and able to work in a busy environment
* Ability to prioritise and manage tasks effectively
* Work well independently and as part of a team with strong customer service skills
* Experience in healthcare administration is a plus, but transferable skills from customer service are welcome
* Available to work Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm (some flexibility available)

Eligibility and Employment Details

To be eligible for permanent employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport. Temporary visa holders may be considered only if no suitable local candidate is identified and in line with visa conditions. Visa sponsorship for this position is not available.
