Responsibilities
* Registering patients and maintaining accurate data entry
* Supporting nursing staff with administrative duties
* Providing friendly, professional customer service to patients, families, and staff
What We Are Looking For
* Be organised, proactive, and able to work in a busy environment
* Ability to prioritise and manage tasks effectively
* Work well independently and as part of a team with strong customer service skills
* Experience in healthcare administration is a plus, but transferable skills from customer service are welcome
* Available to work Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm (some flexibility available)
