This is an exciting time to be joining the HBF Dental team with multiple centres continuing to open and existing centres growing and expanding throughout WA in 2024.
What we look for
Candidates with a friendly and can-do attitude and a willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure our patients and Dentists receive a perfect experience, every time are ideal candidates for our Dental Assistant & Centre Leadership roles. We also look for:
* Minimum 12 months experience as a Dental Assistant with or without qualifications
* Possess a charismatic, helpful personality – one that makes people smile
* Be reliable, honest and passionate
* Have a demonstrated ability and willingness to provide excellent service in a team environment
* Understand and respect the unique and essential role you will take in the delivery of our service to patients and Dentists
* Possess current immunisation clearance for Hepatitis B, or willing to gain if successful
* Committed to following stringent infection control processes with full training provided
* Leadership qualities including the ability to lead a team and motivate to achieve centre success (Leadership roles only)
