About You
We're looking for teachers who bring a thoughtful, practical, and people-focused approach to their work. Specifically, educators who:
•Are registered (or eligible to register) with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
•Have solid knowledge of their subject area(s) and how students learn over time
•Are responsive to the students in front of them, willing to adapt, try new things, and reflect on what works
•Value respectful, open relationships with students, families, and colleagues
•Are team-oriented but comfortable working independently where needed
