Call 0468412394 for more information NEW GRADUATES CONSIDERED. ✅ Your Role: Our client is looking for an experienced Physiotherapist (preference for a minimum 2 years experience, New Graduates considered) to join their community-based team. In this role, you’ll provide therapy in homes, schools, and hydrotherapy pools, working with clients aged 10 with a diverse range of conditions including; Neurological conditions Stroke rehab Down syndrome Intellectual disabilities Non-verbal clients Enjoy 85% NDIS and 15% Private clients, meaning fewer reports and more time focused on delivering quality therapy. Benefit from structured support, capped driving locations, and flexible start/finish times with WFH options for admin tasks. ✅ Benefits of this Role: Salary: $100,000 - $112,000 (incl. super) $1500 PD Contractor Rate: $99-$116 per hour $1500 PD Allowance & PD Leave Resources Provided: all physio equipment (including a treatment table) provided Travel Allowance provided - 98c per km Flexible hours & WFH admin options 1 Wellbeing Day per year – paid mental reset day Monthly 1:1 coffee meet-ups with the Director for support Online staff training & structured induction with work shadowing Admin support for bookings & billings Tablet & phone software provided for confidentiality Regular supervision – weekly, fortnightly, or monthly as needed Collaborative & supportive management ✅ Support on Offer: Our client ensures a smooth transition with a structured induction, work shadowing, and gradual caseload increases. Their supportive and collaborative management offers monthly 1:1 coffee meet-ups with the Director, regular online training, and access to a mobile Physiotherapist based in Toowoomba for additional support.
