Manager - National Partner Tax Services
We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our growing tax practice in the National Partner Tax Services team.
It's an exciting time to join our newly established, high-performing team. The role offers opportunities to work with a dedicated team providing a range of tax services to EY Partners and their family groups, with potential flexibility for reduced hours.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and review financial reporting and tax compliance services for EY Partners and their family groups, including trusts, companies and other privately owned entities.
Provide tax advice to EY Partners to achieve optimal structuring and planning outcomes.
Strengthen tax governance for EY Partners and facilitate/manage dealings with the ATO.
Collaborate closely with our global delivery services hub, including training and development of the team.
What We Look For
Solid experience in tax and accounting compliance services to individuals and private family groups, including passive investments and tax advice.
Good understanding of accounting concepts and experience reviewing financial statements for trusts and companies.
Demonstrated ability to research and interpret taxation legislation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional project-management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to delegate, coach and mentor junior team members.
Capacity to work autonomously within a team and with our Partners.
Eagerness to learn, develop new skills and keep up to date with changes in taxation law.
