We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to multiple members of our school’s Professional and Operational Senior Executive team members. This role combines day-to-day executive assistance with the smooth coordination of governance processes, ensuring the operations of the school run efficiently.
About the role
In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and organisational support across a variety of functions. This includes managing diaries, preparing high-quality documentation, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders.
A key aspect of this role will be supporting the Executive Director of Operations with the School Council and Foundation Board, including managing the online board platform, preparing agendas and minutes, handling confidential governance documents, and ensuring compliance with governance protocols.
Key responsibilities
* Provide high-level executive assistance and administrative support to multiple senior executives
* Manage complex and often competing calendars, and meeting arrangements
* Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
* Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with school policies and legislative obligations
* Build strong relationships across all levels of the school community and external networks
* Oversee administrative workflows to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
About you
* Minimum 5 years’ experience providing executive-level support to C-suite or senior executives
* Demonstrated experience with governance processes and board management platforms
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools
* Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach to changing priorities
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
