WSP in Australia is seeking a passionate and driven maritime engineer to join our dynamic team in Perth. As part of the Transport & Infrastructure business, you will play a key role in delivering innovative maritime and intermodal projects across Australia.What you'll doContribute to port planning, maritime masterplanning and FEED studies, including options assessment and concept development.Support the delivery of high‐quality engineering studies, including designs, analysis, reporting, specifications and contract documentation.Lead small to medium‐sized projects independently and manage defined work packages within larger, multi‐disciplinary projects. Implement robust quality control processes and ensure deliverables are completed in accordance with agreed scope, programme, budget and quality requirements.Contribute to work‐winning efforts, including developing compelling bids, proactive client engagement and project pricing.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.At least 4 years of experience in maritime/coastal engineering.Experience in the strategic planning and design of ports, harbours, and marine infrastructure projects.A working knowledge of container terminal planning and operations is highly desirable but not essential.Background in consulting and/or commercial engineering environments, delivering client‐focused outcomes.Experience leading workstreams or smaller projects.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a multi‐disciplinary team.Positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to take ownership and deliver outcomes.Benefits Employee Share Purchase Plan is available to all permanent employees who wish to become owners and vested partners in WSP's collective success.#J-18808-Ljbffr
