Role & Responsibilities:
- Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
- Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders
- Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
- Tracking of project expenditure against budget
- Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting
- Aspiration to train and develop the Contracts Administrators and Juniors within the business
Your Background:
- Must have 4+ years experience with a commercial builder
- Main Contractor experience is a must
- Social Infrastructure experience is favorable
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Display the right attitude, ability to learn and grow
- Able to work in a team workplace and drive outcomes
- Ability to train and foster development of team members
You will receive:
