Don't have any experience in the Automotive Industry? That's no problem, if you have customer experience and give every customer an outstanding experience, then please apply we will provide the Automotive training.
About the role
As a BYD Sales Consultant & Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery and beyond. You will play a key role in driving sales performance, maintaining strong lead management, and representing the BYD brand with professionalism and confidence.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the end-to-end vehicle sales process
* Delivering professional product and technology demonstrations
* Conducting test drives and tailored customer solutions
* Lead follow-up and pipeline management
* Working closely with your Manager & Finance Business manager
* Maintaining accurate customer data and CRM activity
* Delivering high standards of customer satisfaction
About you
You are passionate about customer service, confident in your communication style, and motivated to achieve targets. Automotive experience is valued but not essential for the right candidate with a strong sale or customer service background.
You will ideally have:
* Previous sales experience (automotive preferred but not essential)
* Proven customer service experience (essential)
* A positive, professional and driven attitude
* Strong rapport-building skills
* High attention to detail and follow-through
* Confidence using technology, CRM systems and digital tools
* Apple and general computer proficiency
* A current driver's license
