Upside Ave is a growing property management business specialising in multi-occupancy / rooming accommodation and residential investment properties across Brisbane.
We've built strong systems and processes and are continuing to expand our portfolio. As we grow, we're looking for a capable Property Manager to join our team and help manage the next stage of that growth.

The Role
This is a Portfolio Property Manager role responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing landlord and tenant relationships
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs
* Handling arrears management and lease renewals
* Managing tenancy matters and communication
* Overseeing the overall performance of your portfolio
You will not be responsible for routine inspections or leasing, allowing you to focus on managing your portfolio and clients effectively.
Occasional outgoings may be required and a car allowance is provided when travel is needed.
The role is full-time and office-based in Capalaba, with properties located across the wider Brisbane area.
Experience with rooming accommodation or multi-occupancy properties is highly regarded but not essential.

Remuneration
