Responsibilities
As the Accounts Assistant, the role will support transactions related to accounts payable, prepayment reconciliations, vendor communications, reconciling leader accounts, accounts receivable transactions, and preparing closing accounting reports for the Central America region. It is also expected that the role incumbent will be prepared to take on additional tasks, particularly during busy periods or to assist with coverage during office staff leave, if and when required.
This is a full‐time permanent position, operating in San Jose, Costa Rica on a hybrid basis.
Qualifications
A passion for travel is a must-have! With it you'll bring:
* Outstanding organizational and customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
* Advanced studies in Accounting.
* Strong processing ability.
* Experience analyzing transactions.
* Experience with account reconciliations.
* Strong knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Bachelor's degree in accounting is a bonus!
