Facilities Coordinator Role
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of planned and reactive works across client sites, maintaining compliance records, managing financial and administrative aspects of contracts, and providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
* To oversee the delivery of planned and reactive works across client sites within contractual service level agreements and KPI requirements.
* To liaise with various client contacts and build strong working relationships.
* To maintain and update all vendor statutory and non-statutory compliance records and documentation as required.
* To manage the financial, administrative, and commercial aspects of contracts such as raising purchase orders and assisting vendors with the Coupa platform.
* To prepare and issue reports as requested by the facilities management team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A customer service focus with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels.
* Experience in customer service and/or front-of-house/client-facing in a professional/corporate environment.
* Exposure in facilities management.
* Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
* Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
