The Position
* Team Leadership and hands on execution of our specialised mine site cleaning services and also residential cleaning.
* Delivering consistent operational cleaning performance - Great People Management skills.
* Driving regular and sustainable improvement in our safety performance in all aspects of the role
* Staff engagement and development, modelling positive working relationships at all levels. Proficient with all Microsoft Office Systems, or possible experience with SAMS is preferred.
* Driving regular and sustainable continual improvement opportunities, and in liaison with Project Managers ensuring the development of teams in Operational excellence and achievement of all applicable KPIs.
The Person
* Minimum 2 years experience in cleaning supervisory position(s) is essential.
* Demonstrable cleaning experience in heavy industrial or remote environments is desirable.
* Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to motivate teams. Ability to be hands on when required.
* Experience in delivering on cleaning project deadlines with competing priorities. Highly organised.
* Manual drivers' license is essential, along with a Current Police Check.
