Are you a safety professional with a strong foundation in commercial construction and a passion for building safe, high-performance worksites? This is your opportunity to join a well-established national business.
We're seeking an experienced Intermediate or Senior Safety Advisor to step into a pivotal role, supporting the safe delivery of $100M+ commercial developments in the greater Brisbane area.
Responsibilities
* Leading by example on active construction sites, ensuring a strong safety culture
* Conducting regular site inspections, audits, and safety meetings
* Driving compliance with OH&S legislation and internal safety frameworks
* Managing site-based safety documentation and reporting systems
* Facilitating toolbox talks and onboarding new team members
* Playing a key role on projects involving tower cranes and major structural works
About You
* Cert IV in WHS (or equivalent)
* Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial builders
* Familiarity with complex structures and tower crane operations
* Proven ability to communicate and lead confidently across site teams
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
