* A natural hunter who is proactive and can build a strong opportunity pipeline.
* Someone with excellent negotiation skills and can negotiate with landlords on lease agreements.
* A confident, naturally outgoing person with excellent communication skills who is comfortable presenting opportunities and can clearly articulate the business and revenue drivers.
* Someone who has a strong track record in sales, ideally in real estate or similar industries.
