What are we looking for?
We need a Distribution Centre Manager who understands what it takes to run a high-volume, multi-tenanted fulfilment centre. This isn’t just about ticking boxes—it’s about taking ownership, making smart decisions under pressure, and leading by example.

What will you do?
* Uphold safety, training, and compliance across the site, ensuring every team member operates with discipline.
* Manage site profit and loss (P&L) while achieving daily inbound and outbound SLAs.
* Lead, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for your team.
* Drive cost control by facilitating weekly reviews and labour planning.
* Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring all MHE is running at peak performance.
* Engage with internal stakeholders and external suppliers (freight carriers, waste management, etc.).
* Identify and execute operational optimisations to drive efficiency and accuracy.
* Ensure inventory accuracy through effective inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes.
What skills will you have?
* Minimum 5 years of operations experience in a high-volume, multi-tenanted fulfilment centre.
* Recent automation experience (AMRs, conveyors, or other warehouse technologies).
* Proven ability to drive efficiency improvements in a distribution environment.
* Strong commercial acumen with a high-level understanding of P&L, labour planning, and project management.
* A natural leader with the ability to align team culture with company vision.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisive, strategic decisions under pressure.
* Advanced interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain trust with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
