About The Role
You'll be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying coatings to metal and other materials using spray equipment. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and safety are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, and masking
* Mixing and applying paints and coatings to specifications
* Operating and maintaining spray painting equipment
* Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
* Following all workplace health and safety procedures
* Working both independently and as part of a small team
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in industrial or automotive spray painting
* Knowledge of different coating systems and techniques
* Ability to read and interpret job specifications
* Strong attention to detail and workmanship
* Commitment to safety and quality
* Relevant trade qualifications (preferred but not essential)
