This an active investment manager and offers investment capabilities across Australian equities. Assets under management are circa AUD$8 billion and the brand is recognized as a trusted investor to both institutional and retail clients globally. As the Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for researching investment opportunities, analysing financial statements, financial modelling and valuation, conducting due diligence, presenting to the investment committee and supporting the investment’s team to add value. You will have access to key investment professionals and will enjoy mentorship and guidance from leading industry experts. Further key accountabilities will include identifying money making investment opportunities which will contribute to fund performance, analyzing and assessing industry structures and company strategies and forming views on future outcomes for returns on capital. Analysts will also clearly and succinctly articulate their views with clarity. Applicants of interest are those who exercise astute critical thinking in their daily decision making and enjoy rigorous investment debate. Candidates will have between 3-8 years’ experience in the workplace from university, exhibit sound financial modelling skills and hold strong tertiary qualifications in economics, finance or commerce.
