About the role We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Customer Service Manager to lead the operations, warehouse and customer service functions of a high-volume retail store in Noarlunga. This is a leadership role focused on driving operational standards, developing team capability and ensuring customers receive an exceptional end-to-end experience. Working full-time with only one weekend a fortnight, this role offers a fantastic balance of leadership, operations and customer engagement. What you will do * Lead, coach and develop the warehouse and operations teams through structured training and support * Deliver outstanding customer experiences while managing complaints and escalations professionally * Ensure compliance across all store operations, with a strong focus on workplace health and safety * Oversee inventory, warehousing and stock management processes to maximise efficiency and accuracy * Manage store processes including payroll, rostering, contractor management and loss prevention * Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, store presentation and in-store marketing activity * Support financial performance through labour management, inventory control and operational efficiencies * Ensure systems, reporting and records management processes are accurate and compliant * Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and external partners What you will bring * Previous leadership experience within retail, operations, and warehouse in fast-paced environments * Strong people leadership capability with a coaching-focused management style * Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment * Experience managing stock control, inventory or operational processes * Ability to manage customer escalations and deliver positive outcomes * Strong understanding of workplace safety and compliance standards * Confidence leading teams and driving accountability across multiple functions What's in it for you! * Full-time leadership role with career progression opportunities * One weekend a fortnight roster * Salary $80K - $85K Super * Supportive leadership team and established business * Opportunity to make a genuine impact across operations and customer experience * Brand new store - coming soon!
