Job Title: Workforce Management Consultant
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Workforce Management Consultant. This is a 6-month Limited Term Contract role that requires providing consultancy and advisory services to support people leaders in managing workforce and employment issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR with experience in a similar role within a heavy industry setting. They will demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and strong customer focus.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide professional advice and support on recruitment, remuneration, onboarding, and performance development
* Deliver timely and accurate payroll, enterprise agreement, and legislative advice and support to people leaders and employees
* Cultivate coaching skills to facilitate, enable, and empower people leaders to assume responsibility for all aspects of people management, including time and pay related matters
* Support the resolution of escalated and complex people issues, reducing risk for the organisation and improving overall business performance
