We are looking for a talented Executive Chef to lead and grow the culinary team to take something great and make it even better, consistently delivering a 'must visit' experience on the Mornington Peninsula.

What You Will Bring To The Role
* Several years' experience progressing through and eventually leading hatted or Michelin Star restaurants
* A passion for building a positive culture and ambition to lead and develop a team of young aspiring professionals
* Proven leadership skills in building capacity in teams, setting high standards and creating high performing teams
* A demonstrated track record in creating innovative menus at the highest level
* An understanding of modern Australian cuisine and current market trends
* Experience in a similar role in a five star hotel environment highly regarded
* Sound knowledge and ability in managing all kitchen financial controls including costing menus, maintain food cost control practices, labour costs etc.
* Availability to participate both lunch and dinner on weekdays and weekends
