L&D Manager to manage the Learning function to identify and provide development solutions enabling our workforce to thrive in a digital age.
Our client is a leading, global, professional services organisation. Due to company growth they are expanding their Learning and Development team who have a responsibility to enable a future ready workforce where people can grow and develop their capabilities to thrive in the digital age.
We are now recruiting for a competent and experienced Learning Manager to consult with the business to identify and provide development solutions and who can design, develop and deliver programs across a range of technical and soft skills.
You will have strong business acumen and previous experience leading and mentoring a team.
**Responsibilities;**
- Consult with business to identify training needs.
- Manage and mentor L&D team
- Design, develop and facilitate programs to meet identified needs.
- Manage Leadership & Management Development programs
- Deliver innovative ways of delivering technical training firmwide
- Evaluate success of new programs.
**Criteria;**
- Experienced and qualified L&D facilitator, including demonstrated ability to build and implement capability frameworks and content
- Experience in workplace learning and development within a dynamic environment.
- Ability to implement L&D services, processes and manage the continuous improvement feedback loop.
- Experience in adult education and learning delivery and the use Learning Management Systems
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of instructional design and facilitation
