Responsibilities:
4. Implement strategic sales initiatives for the pre-launch of a new apartment in the ACT;
5. Actively retain and expand existing accounts while strategically acquiring new ones;
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with our corporate goals and maintain excellent service standards; and
7. Maintain impeccable data integrity within their CRM and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
8. Authorised to work in Australia (Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or Visa with work rights);
9. 3+ years (5 years preferred) in B2B account management, specifically in the hotel industry;
10. A strategic thinker with a proven record of achieving sales targets and building strong business relationships; and
11. Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills, with a high emotional intelligence.
