You will report directly into a supportive Regional Manager who will provide lots of opportunity for growth and development.
Our company is looking for and experienced Transport/Fleet Manager with minimum 2 years experience in the transport and logistics industry.
**Qualifications and Experiences**:
- Fleet management experience,
- Maintenance of vehicles and equipment's ensuring compliance with work health and safety regulations.
- Customer service skills
- Monitoring runs and drivers to ensure maximum efficiency,
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Experience in electronic vehicles will be an advantage
**Responsibilities**:
- Fleet control of multi-drop 5 tonne fridge trucks
- Responding to customer queries and developing solutions to their distribution needs.
- Working with the warehouse team to ensure all outgoing orders are distributed correctly and efficiently.
- Replacing last-minute shift vacancies
- Manage contractor base including compliance audits and vehicle inspections.
- Manage and monitor Drivers' daily runs through GPS tracking
- Track Driver KPI's
- Good, clear communication of our expectations of drivers, whilst also managing any issues affecting their deliveries and ensuring all company safety standards are sustained.
- You will liaise with the customer and manage all aspects of the delivery management systems.
- Ensure all customer KPIs are met on a daily/monthly and weekly basis or as required as part of the contract terms.
- Ensure Work, Health and Safety policies are always adhered to whilst promoting and committing to driver safety.
- Work closely with managers and safety through incident investigations and education.
- Conduct regular driver assessments ensuring ongoing compliance and professional driving standards.
- Ensuring drivers are compliant with all work inductions and procedures to all required sites.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
