About the role:

CSR are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to manage inventory accuracy and drive operational excellence at our Yarraville site. This role offers the chance to work in a supportive environment where your ideas matter, and your growth is a priority. This role requires flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts as needed
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inventory control processes including cycle counts, reconciliations, accuracy audits and stocktakes.
* Identify root causes of discrepancies and implement effective corrective measures.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to strengthen operational outcomes by reviewing and improving on process.
* Compile inventory data, analyse trends and variances, and share clear summaries with relevant teams to support decision-making.
* Champion continuous improvement initiatives to boost inventory accuracy, streamline processes, and reduce costs.
What You'll Bring
* A degree or formal qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of inventory management systems and industry best practices.
* Proficiency with SAP; experience with Power BI and WMS will be highly valued.
* Strong communication skills paired with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
* Competence in MS Powerpoint, Excel, and Outlook, with excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* A current forklift licence is advantageous.
