Overview
Our client is a specialist Civils, Geotechnical and Remediation contractor with an excellent record in delivering civils, remediation and ground engineering solutions nationwide for both the private and public sectors.
Due to ongoing company expansion within their Remediation division, they are seeking an experienced Remediation professional to lead and drive the growth of this division which will be based in Kalgoorlie.
Applicants must be experienced in the management of various forms of remediation coupled with experience in company growth with projects up to $2m+. Overseeing all aspects of projects from tender submissions through to successful project delivery, you will be commercially aware as you will be reporting directly to the Perth based WA State Manager.
Due to the nature of this role our client is open to applicants from both a Trades or Engineering background, ideally with existing contacts in the Goldfields resources sector. With this role you must be experienced in various forms of remediation, including but not limited to, concrete, steel, cathodic protection, painting & blasting.

Responsibilities
* Lead and drive the growth of the Remediation division based in Kalgoorlie.
* Oversee all aspects of projects from tender submissions through to successful project delivery, with projects up to $2m+.

Qualifications
* Kalgoorlie / Goldfields Based
* Trades background or Degree educated
* 10 yrs Remediation experience
* Current Management experience with client facing responsibilities
* Business development skills desirable
* Industry contacts advantageous
* Proven leadership skills
* Current Australian experience essential - min 5 yrs
