Here's what that looks like:
* Weekly 1:1 Supervision with a Senior SP who brings over 10 years of paediatric experience
* No Client work in your first two weeks – spend that time observing and learning
* Gradual Caseload increase over six months, building to 22 client hours per week
* Structured 12-month support plan, including mentoring and supervision across disciplines
* $1,500 PD allowance and 2 days paid PD leave
* Opportunities to learn from a large allied health team through joint sessions and internal PD
* No set KPIs - the focus is on learning, confidence and building great clinical habits
