About the company:

Surf Hardware International is the world's leading supplier of surfing hardware and accessories featuring brands such as Fin Control Systems (FCS), Softech, Gorilla Grip, Gowings Pacific Trader and Alvey Fishing Reels.

We have recently moved our Global HQ to central Coffs Harbour and are looking for candidates who may be interested in moving to Coffs Harbour and joining the Marketing and Design team.

About the Role:

Join our marketing and design team as a full-time Digital Marketing Co-ordinator within the surf industry. This on-site position is perfect for someone with a passion for copy writing, developing content and a knack for creativity and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty across our brands.

* Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including; newsletters, product launches, promotions, and customer re-engagement strategies.
* Use marketing automation tools to create personalized customer journeys and workflows, ensuring timely and relevant communication.
* Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.

-Deliver Analytics & Reporting:

* Track and report on the performance of CRM campaigns, including metrics such as customer retention rates, engagement, conversion rates, and lifetime value (LTV).

-Work with different departments and partners of SHI to come up with engaging content to drive database growth.

-Contribute to the maintenance of on-site copy and content for Gowings online properties including blogs, new products, company news and education.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Experience with CRM Software: Proficiency in CRM platforms like Klaviyo.
* Copy writing and content experience.
* Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of email marketing, automation, lead nurturing, and digital marketing strategies.
* Data Analysis: Ability to analyse customer data and behaviour, and leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
* Campaign Management: Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, social, etc.).
* Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, able to oversee multiple campaigns at once.
* Excellent Communication: Ability to write and communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and customers.
