Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Health, Safety and Environment professional to support the operational delivery of our HSE Management Plan for a major project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement risk-based safety strategies to enhance the safety culture within the organization.
* Provide guidance and support to the Project Team on all HSE-related matters.
* Lead incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions that drive continuous improvement.
* Oversee the management and monitoring of corrective actions, liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders as required.
* Coordinate emergency drills at the Project site, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Design and deliver induction and other HSE-related training programs.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
* Maintain open communication with contractor site representatives to promote a high standard of safety and quality on the project.
