About The Role – Enrolled Nurse
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work in close collaboration with and under the guidance of the Registered Nurse, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care. While performing delegated functions, you will maintain accountability for your own professional actions, ensuring excellence and integrity in every aspect of patient care.
E1 is a dynamic general medical ward caring for a diverse range of patients, with a dedicated 4-bed Spinal Rehabilitation Unit providing specialised care within a supportive environment. You will be part of a positive workplace culture that celebrates both individual and team achievements, with guidance from experienced senior staff, NUMs, and Educators.

Responsibilities
The Enrolled Nurse will:
* Work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
* Participate in delegated nursing tasks with accountability for own practice.
* Contribute to a positive, collaborative ward environment and support continuous professional development.
Requirements
* Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), with no notations regarding medications.
