About the Role
In this Store Operations Manager role, you will take on a key leadership position and play a pivotal part in driving store success. You will collaborate closely with the Store Managers to develop and implement strategies that foster sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure exceptional service and sales performance
* Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and expertise
* Lead by example, setting high standards for yourself and your team
* Evaluate and manage risk to create a safe working environment for all employees and customers
Requirements:
* Proven supervisory experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
* Demonstrated retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations expertise
* A strong mechanical/automotive parts background is an asset
* Flexible availability and possession of a valid driver's license
* Ability to perform duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature
Working Conditions:
