**Highlighting the importance of this role**
An opportunity exists for an organised and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Administration Officer on a full-time basis. Your exceptional administrative skills will provide crucial support to the Service Manager and other staff to ensure the smooth running of the Bundamba Children, Youth and Family Service. Occasional travel to provide support to our Far North Queensland services may be required, dependent on business needs.
In this varied role, you will manage administrative tasks such as:
- Answering phone, website and counter enquiries;
- Managing travel arrangements, rosters and client billing;
- Generating reports;
- Maintaining and ensuring the security and confidentiality of office files and records;
- Financial administration - accounts payable and petty cash.

To be suitable for the position, your qualifications for the role will consist of:
- A Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent;
- Minimum two years' experience in an administration, secretarial or clerical role;
- Possess, or have the ability to obtain, a Blue Card (Working with Children), Licensed Care Service (Child Protection) and a National Police Clearance.
