The Role As Drafting Manager, you'll take charge of leading, mentoring, and growing a busy drafting team. You'll be responsible for setting standards, introducing best practices, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all documentation. A key part of this role is driving the company's software transition from AutoCAD to Revit. You'll bring expertise in both platforms and lead the rollout, training, and adoption process across your team, setting the foundation for long-term success. You'll work closely with leadership to deliver homes that are not only beautiful but documented to the highest level of detail, ensuring quality outcomes for clients and smooth delivery for the construction team.
