A high-performing sales call centre is seeking an experienced leader to join their team as a Team Leader.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience in a call centre environment
* Demonstrated leadership experience and capabilities, with a strong track record of driving team performance and achieving goals
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making
* Strong influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
