Overview
Your overarching purpose is to work closely and collaboratively to support the team and the Store Manager in driving the ultimate customer experience and elevating the store's overall performance.
Responsibilities
* Lead by example through inspiring and delighting our customers, enabling them to weave their own style of home
* Be a role model around achieving personal targets and KPI's whilst supporting the team achieve theirs
* Support the Store Manager with coaching, developing and training the wider team
* Contribute to the successful workforce planning and roster to ensure we remain within budget
* Analyze reports and proactively identify opportunities that will increase the customer experience
Qualifications
* Wildly passionate about creating the ultimate customer experience (and know how to do so)
* Leadership qualities and demonstrated success in achieving KPI's and targets
* Ability and experience creating and instilling an engaged and motivated culture within your team
* Strengths in nurturing, coaching, training and developing a team
