We are currently looking for a highly organised, customer service focused and proactive person to join our team in Orange, as a Facilities Coordinator. This is a full time role, based in Orange.

Responsibilities

* Provide responsive and cyclical maintenance administration, including logging work orders, prioritising issues, coordinating contractors, and monitoring completion timeframes.
* Deliver high level customer service by managing inbound maintenance enquiries and following issues through to resolution.
* Manage contractor administration, compliance, and invoicing, and liaise with Finance as required.
* Support asset, budget, insurance, and fleet management activities through accurate data maintenance, reporting, and claims assistance.
* Assist the Facilities Manager with operational systems, compliance, workplace safety, and continuous improvement initiatives while working collaboratively within the team.

Qualifications

To be successful, ideally you will have strong experience in administration and customer service, ideally within the community service or government sector. You will need to be sensitive to the needs of a diverse range of customers and have the maturity to remain calm and professional at all times. You will have a can‐do, no‐fuss attitude and desire to help.

You will also need a current drivers licence, ability to obtain a Police Check and Working With Children Check.

Salary

The Facilities Coordinator is classified as a Level 4 under the SCHADS Award, which equates to $88,327 gross per annum. This will increase on an annual basis in line with the pay points in the Award. As Housing Plus is a Not for Profit organisation, we have access to excellent salary sacrifice options to increase your take home pay!
