Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Child Care Workers to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in providing high‐quality care and education for children aged 0‐5 years in our vibrant childcare centres. This position involves supervising and engaging children in a variety of activities, ensuring their safety, and supporting their developmental needs. Essential Criteria
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification recognised in Australia) is required.
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care is highly desirable.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) / Working with Children Card is required.
- Current First Aid Certificate, including CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis management is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the set‐up of resources and equipment for children's learning and play activities.
- Guide children's social interactions and effectively manage their behaviour.
- Design and lead engaging activities for children.
- Engage children through storytelling and interactive games.
- Oversee children during play and recreational periods.
- Manage and guide children through their daily schedules and routines.
- Ensure children maintain good hygiene standards.
- Monitor and document children's development, sharing insights with families and colleagues.
- Foster positive and collaborative relationships with children, their families, and the wider team.
- Uphold all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, prioritising child safety and welfare.
- Contribute positively to a cooperative and supportive team environment.

Pay: $25.20 – $41.86 per hour
