Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Child Care Workers to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in providing high‐quality care and education for children aged 0‐5 years in our vibrant childcare centres. This position involves supervising and engaging children in a variety of activities, ensuring their safety, and supporting their developmental needs. Essential Criteria

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification recognised in Australia) is required.
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care is highly desirable.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) / Working with Children Card is required.
• Current First Aid Certificate, including CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis management is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the set‐up of resources and equipment for children's learning and play activities.
• Guide children's social interactions and effectively manage their behaviour.
• Design and lead engaging activities for children.
• Engage children through storytelling and interactive games.
• Oversee children during play and recreational periods.
• Manage and guide children through their daily schedules and routines.
• Ensure children maintain good hygiene standards.
• Monitor and document children's development, sharing insights with families and colleagues.
• Foster positive and collaborative relationships with children, their families, and the wider team.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, prioritising child safety and welfare.
• Contribute positively to a cooperative and supportive team environment.

Pay: $25.20 – $41.86 per hour
