Main duties and responsibilities:
* Create seasonal and special menus
* Inventory food, ingredients, and supplies; plan vendor orders
* Manage the kitchen budget
* Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and cooking techniques
* Prepare various meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, using kitchen equipment
* Monitor dish quality and presentation at all stages
* Demonstrate cooking techniques and advise staff
* Hire, train, and manage kitchen staff
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Verify menu and customer request compliance
Skills and experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; management and leadership skills

Locations: Gosford NSW 2250 / Long Jetty NSW 2261 / Terrigal NSW 2260
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
Cook
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Prepare meals according to restaurant standards
* Support food and supply ordering
* Handle food supplies and leftovers properly
* Add seasonings to infuse flavors
* Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe kitchen environment
* Prepare meals for special events and dietary needs
* Plate dishes attractively with appropriate portions and garnishes
* Assist in developing menu suggestions
* Check food and supplies deliveries
* Control oven, grill, and equipment temperatures
Skills and experience: Minimum 1 year relevant experience; strong organizational skills and solutions-focused attitude
