Senior In-Charge Auditor (Australian opportunity)
We are looking for experienced Senior In-Charge External Audit professionals based in the Philippines to support our Australian-based clients. This is a unique contract opportunity offering valuable international exposure, collaboration with a diverse global team, and experience across general and commercial industries.
Duration: 6 months, starting May 2025
Industry Exposure: General & Commercial
Required Audit Software: CaseWare experience is non-negotiable
Required International Experience: Australia
Location: Philippines
Work Setup: Remote
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Minimum of 5 years’ external audit experience
At least 2 years leading audit engagements end-to-end
Proficient in planning budgets and managing audit resources
Experienced in reviewing and signing off work papers
CaseWare expertise is essential
Prior audit experience with Australian clients is required
Strong working knowledge of IFRS
Role Responsibilities
As aSenior In-Charge, you will:
Provides timely, high-quality deliverables covering complex sections while overseeing fieldwork, coordinating deliverables from multiple team members.
Demonstrates a depth of knowledge of systems, methodology and can educate and redirect team members.
Leads the team through the engagement and prepares financial statements, related disclosures, and reportable conditions letters, focusing on quality and accuracy.
- Actively monitors productivity, budgets and ensures adherence to work plan schedule.

Note:
- Should you be successful in your application, you areexpected to have access to the internet, and to ensure that the internet connection is uninterrupted and always accessible. This should be, at minimum, a fibre connection with a proven bandwidth of 20mbps upload and 10Mbps download speed, with alatencyof no more than 30ms. This connection should be sustainablein the event ofpower interruptions.
- Audit experience and alignment to a specific level within SAPRO, shall be determined based on your individual audit exposure, technical interview and evaluation.
