About The RoleInfrabuild Steel is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Training and Systems Administrator to join our Laverton team on a two-year fixed-term contract.This pivotal role supports the implementation of system improvement initiatives that enhance manufacturing capability and business performance.Responsibilities include:Keeping training records up-to-date (data entry, cleaning, archiving).Maintaining, updating, and suggesting improvements to system guides and processes.Validating and recording all training and ensuring proper processes are followed.Assisting contractors and internal users with system setup and training.Organizing monthly site inductions, including preparing materials and setting up spaces.Supporting other Learning and Development administrative tasks as needed.Ideal candidates are approachable, friendly, with proven experience in a similar on-site role within mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry sectors.
