The Role
* Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
* Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments across teams and stakeholders.
* Assist with staff queries and escalate operational issues as needed.
* Support marketing activities including social media updates and campaign coordination.
* Maintain accurate data entry and contribute to improving operational processes.
The successful Candidate
* Current QLD Real Estate Registration - OR willing to obtain
* Prior Real Estate experience - Sales or PA experience highly desirable
* Basic Marketing and Social Media skills
* IMMACULATE presentation and a professional manner
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
* High level of communication and attention to detail
* Strong written & verbal communication skills
