**YOUR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Complete Quality Assurance checks throughout all stages of the construction period.
- Coordinate, manage and organise all site activities of site staff, sub-contractors, trades and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate build times without compromising quality.
- Maintain up-to-date schedules for each site ensuring all suppliers and contractors complete their works within scheduled timeframes.
- Ordering and checking of materials, supplies & equipment.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and ensure workers are being given accurate updates on all jobs.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- 3+ years experience in a construction supervisory role
- White Card
- Driver's License
- Willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done
- Good attitude and experience
**Salary**: $74,388.29 - $136,698.24 per year
